What made you choose our company:

I appreciated the sales approach; from the start it was "this is what I would do if this were my own home." There was no pressure, which was a relief in that this was a big decision and investment for us in our home. Nova was one of three companies we had quote. The Nova rep listened to our issues and reviewed our home, then made recommendations to only fix what we were having issues with. The quote was considerably less then what the other big-name guys tried to pressure us in to signing up for on the spot. Their quote and work also focused on our issues, and not just doing unnecessary work to run up a bill.
