Tim Runyon
Healthy Spaces
Meet Tim Runyon- President and CEO. Tim’s wife Stacey isn’t only his partner in life, she is his business partner as well. Stacey and their son, Brandon, are running their first business, Swat Pest, together. As an Evansville native, he graduated from Harrison High School but continues to learn every day.
Tim is constantly teaching how important it is to be a service company and striving for excellence. For fun, he loves anything and everything with technology but listening and learning about business topics is his most passionate hobby. When Tim isn’t at the office, you’ll find him on the water. He especially loves to boat and water ski.
A fun fact about Tim is that his first job at the age of 18 was to run an all-women shoe store. This is where he learned to serve the customers that surrounded him. Since that job, he has never stopped serving our community and surrounding areas. Taking a sick home that could affect the owners’ health or well being and turning it into a healthy home is what he strives to do.
The most important thing that Tim sees in Healthy Spaces is his Team! He says, “They are capable of amazing things, and all I have to do is get them to be confident.”

By Alice J.Evansville, INThe professionalism of the workers. Travis Vaughn did our mold remediation and annual renewal today. He was very polite and explained clearly what he did and how he fixed a minor problem. I would definitely want him to do our home again. He represents the company well. -

By AdamEvansville, INIn 2012 we had Heathy Spaces come in and give us an evaluation. We had some water damage in the basement and were afraid it might flood again so we called Tim and Jimmy w/ Healthy Spaces. One look and they were on the case. Tore out the drywall and started prepping the home for the water proofing. We installed the dehumidifier, enclosed sump pump, alarm, wall coverings, perimeter floor trenches, and new windows. The humidifier worked at getting the overall humidity regulated in the home after the initial damage and we have it maintained every year. When the job was completed and done, we were very happy with the results. From 2012 to 2021 we enjoyed a dry comfortable environment. Move forward to July 2021, we were in the basement and heard water running but nothing was on. I went out front and stepped on the grass and I sunk to my mid-calf in mud. The water line from the main to the home had developed a leak and the water was leaking into the ground in the front of the house and water was being directed to the waterproofing system. The pump was moving the water that was entering the walls in the basement and flowing down into the trenches Healthy Spaces installed in the concrete floor. I pulled the cap on the trench and could see the water moving through. The basement system saved our home. If you have an older home be prepared and have these guys give you an estimate. The money we spent on this system had already paid off after we had it installed and now again after almost 10 years from possible expensive water damaging event. Many thanks to the folks at Healthy Spaces for protecting our home. – Adam & Amy Hughes
