What made you choose our company:

I tend to get very involved in explaining things, so I am going to try to keep this to the point, but I feel it needs to be said. We originally had work done in the fall of 2019 by Master Services. We were very happy and I gave a glowing report. Everything was fine until this year, when we started noticing some bouncing of the floors after having the jacks and piers installed to fix this problem. I called Curtis who was our salesperson, and told him what we were experiencing. He told me they were no longer Master Services....my heart dropped. He said no problem, Basement Systems of Indiana was honoring the warranties. I could go into a long involved explanation but the bottom line is Jeff Russell came out to assess the situation and the problems and came up with a game plan to address and correct all the issues. His managers and their workers, I just can't say enough good things about. I am just so thankful to everyone involved.
