Eric in sales that I spoke with was wonderful. He listened to what I had to say and offered ways to solve the issues in my basement and we went over the cost . He did not talk over me nor did he try to over sale like another company had. I am very happy with the work that Basement Systems performed on my basement from Eric the salesman and the team that came out to do the work. All were very professional and answered any and all questions I had. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
