Everyone we talked to went over and above in explaining everything to us. They were all very professional, and courteous, and made you feel like a friend.

Sales Process

Rob was very knowledgeable, and explained everything so you understood what was being done. He wasn't pushy and made us very comfortable. He truly wasn't trying to sell us anything we didn't need; he was concerned about fixing the problem.

Our Installation Crew

Emillio and his crew worked fantastically as a crew. They were very thorough, pollite, and a group of the hardest working guys I've seen. They wasted no time, and cleaned up the area so good, we didn't have to go back after them to clean. Emillio went over everything they did each day with me to make sure I approved of everything. He made sure his crew was being safe, and staying busy.

The Cleanup Process

Everything was cleaned and the items they installed were put in the proper places.

Basement Systems of Indiana was the third estimate that we had, and they were the lowest price, the least pushy, and the best at explaining what need to be done, and how they would do it. They explained all of their products, so you knew what they were, and what they did. I will highly recommend them to anyone, and proud to show off their work.
