Devon was patient and professional. This was a 3-month process as I had many questions throughout before we were ready to commit.

Sai, the foreman, was somewhat frustrating. A language barrier lead to a lot of miscommunication. When the crew was finished, it was clear I was expected to come at that time but I had made clear I was unavailable at a certain time. I felt he kept asking me to come at that time, and when I did arrive kept questioning about my paying even though we were trying to work through some final issues.
