Basement wall on short side of house has minor inward bowing of about 2 inches. Wall is 25 feet long and bowing is isolated to center section of wall. Driveway is only 2 feet away from foundation on this side of the house and there is a large silver maple with large roots on corner of house. When development was built in the 50s, 2-3 of fill was used to raise the ground level. Past history of flooding and poor rain water sewer drainage in the area, but has been fixed by the city.
