The owner understood what needed to be done and with the owner's approval, Mike Clementz and the MidAmerica Team was able to get to work installing a SmartDrain waterproofing system. SmartDrain allows water to go down but does not allow damp air to rise. The SmartDrain also comes equipped with a WaterWatch alarm system that alerts the owner of interior leaks. 

The team then lined the space with the CleanSpace liner, a waterproofing, mold/bacteria fighting, tear resisting material perfect for encapsulating damp, dark crawl spaces. CleanSpace liners come in a crisp white color that dramatically brightens the area making it a space that is brighter, dryer and healthier.
