Karl worked hard in less than ideal temperatures (10 degrees or less/snow). He kept me informed, took time for my questions and went over things with me before leaving.

The Cleanup Process

Covered entry through the porch and down the stairs with plastic to help keep it clean, which I appreciated since the weather was so bad.
