I was very very impressed with the guys customer service. Those fellas worked hard I’m talk hard work!!! I was really impressed /shocked with the hard they got done. They cleaned up after themselves every night. They started early the next morning at it again. Trust me…It looked like hard work/labor, unloading those cement bag (old and new) Removing chunks of old cement, wood moldy drywall. Just bring it up & down the basement step with a trash can is a work out. They worked 11-12 hrs straight. I was just so so very impressed. Very professional. “I said I hope you guys get paid well!! Your body won’t be able to keep that up forever.” I could hear the good team work, even watching them haul stuff while I was doing the dishes. I complimented the fellas many time on how organize clean, very efficient, I’m a farm girl, I know all about hard work & what it means!! (Bailing hay, picking up rock, milking-cows,hogs & shovel corn and bean out of the grain bins.) I would absolutely 100% without a shadow without recommend Mid-America Basement service. Another plus was recognize the guys from their picture on the website shirts names & large vehicle. I felt safe in my home while they were there that means a lot!! Great communication the whole time through. And when they were done, it look great!! I feel that was a huge investment in our home, well done! I got a good education & follow through learning about how the system works how it was installed. Yearly check up, reminders in the mail. I was just overly impressed with job, well done guys.

Excellent explaining everything at the end, give me direction and ideas. Very informative great advice from past experiences they’ve had.
