I dreaded each time it rained because that meant I would need to go to the basement and check on the amount of water I needed to wet vac. Those worries are gone. I can relax when it rains and rejoice that my basement can be a livable area. Thank you for making a positive difference for my home and my lifestyle!

The Cleanup Process

The only downside to having you come is my job to clean up the mess I made preparing for you to come! When one of the new employees wasn't cleaning efficiently, he was given instructions:"You have to want it." I was impressed with the positive work ethic being taught to a new employee.
