What made you choose our company:

First of a family member, Bryan Ghrist, who is an employee of the company recommended MidAmerica Basement's process to us. We needed to have sidewalk and driveway leveling done and we thinking about having both of them mudjacked. Secondly, we met with your sales rep, Mike Banks, who thoroughly explained the process in a very knowledgeable and personable fashion. On the day of the leveling both Levi and Scott were outstanding in their efforts to explain to me what they would be doing, approximately how long it would take and there was absolutely nothing to clean up!! I have since recommended this company to several homeowners in our area. I have been employed in Customer Service for most of my adult life and I have been very impressed by the professionalism and work ethic of everyone from this company that I have come in contact with.
