What made you choose our company:

mike and darwin did an outstanding job! called me giving estimated time of arrival; here 815 am punctual. both had nice personalities and easy to work with. you'll want to warn everyone hiring you to get CONSTRUCTION EAR MUFFS for that noisy jack hammer!!! it went for 4 hrs. straight here. they both worked continuously; never heard them take a break as i hung out in my bedroom the entire time they were here. mike was washing the concrete floor where they had walked, etc!!! i was impressed! ************************************************ they did a nice job of clean up and got some lose chipped paint off my block area in the area to be worked on. mike vacuumed the basement stairs thoroughly since darwin hauled continuous buckets of broken up concrete up and fresh made cement downstairs. for others hiring them: they will need BOTH doors open since it is CONTINUOUS carrying in/out and those buckets are HEAVY!! i had put my heat on just after they came; when i remembered; turned it OFF!! they buried the white pipe under 6" of dirt so the water from sump pump could come up thru my yard; very professional job! mike carried 2 buckets of dirt to a low spot in my backyard where i fell hurting my new knee last year. darwin helped me get my 3-8' tables out from empty boxes galore since i will be selling my home to move to sr. apt. soon. this way i can use areas under/over the table top for all my packed boxes. each went BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY for me as a customer and as a recent widow which i am so greatful for!! each took PRIDE in their workmanship; it showed up in many ways as i observed them for a few minutes when i came out of my bedroom to see their progress made. i'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIDWEST BASEMENT TO MY FRIENDS/FAMILY ;) BETTY GORDON, AMES
