Everyone, from Shawn to Kyle to James and his crew were polite, friendly, and informative. I really felt they wanted to do a great job, and they did.

Shawn was great; he was honest, thorough, and direct. Friendly and personable.

The entire crew was friendly and hard-working. James really went the extra mile to see that my home was secure, adding work not previously scheduled on the work order.

I don't know how this could ever be "wow" just because of the environment in which the crews work. Of course the floors are filthy, and I've vacuumed twice since the work was completed. Don't plan on wet-mopping until everything is done.
