Super helpful and was able to get my job scheduled quickly.
Sales Process
The salesperson was very knowledgeable, but failed to update details of my job which led to two different appointments, two different install crews, much time in between that the basement sat unfineshed. Also, once I was "sold" the salesman was quick to pass of this issue to the job representative that managed the job over the phone from that point forward.
Our Installation Crew
the crew was very good, I could tell they cared about the product, cared about doing a good job for us, and took pride in the work.
