Sales Process

9-12 months prior to having the work done we had a sales rep that came out to give us a bid. He tried to sell us on the pillar system for a wall that did not seem to need it. This almost discouraged us from going with MidWest Basements. The recent guy came to look at our basement and did a good job explaining the system and it's advantages over a plate/anchor type of system. He didn't seem to think the other wall needed the work done. The second guy sold us on going with MidWest Basement.

I was impressed with the guys who were sent to do the work on our home. The work was done quickly and professionally. Very personable.
