This crawl space was having issues with moisture and mold growth. The owners were also upset at how much energy they were losing due to the unhealthy crawl space. We were able to help them by first removing the mold with Anabec Cleaner. We then were able to insulate the walls with our Silver Glo walls and some spray foam. We then put our Clean Space with Drainage Matting onto the floor to adhere the crawlspace from ever receiving moisture again. The homeowner is now able to save money and stay away from pathogens with a clean crawlspace. 

Wetness in this crawl space was causing the pipes and ducts to rust, the wooden parts to grow mold, and the insulation to become ineffective. We installed a waterproof system with a SmartSump sump connected to perforated pipes placed in trenches around the perimeter floor. We also connected a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to the pump to allow discharge the water the dehumidifier collects. We then installed CleanSpace liner all across the floors and walls, making sure to wrap around the concrete piers as well. We then installed SilverGlo insulation panels along the walls. We then tore out all the fiberglass hanging from the ceiling, as it is no longer helping insulate with our panels doing all the work. 

This newer home had a crawl space that was pretty clean for not being encapsulated. The owners decided to keep the crawlspace nice and healthy by just encapsulating it with CleanSpace matting. This way, the wooden floor joists don't rot from slight humidity, and they can keep critters and insects out. 

This relatively new home had a massive crawlspace that they wanted encapsulated so they won't have to deal with moisture problems down the road, as well as high energy bills. The sweet little owner of this home wanted her crawlspace encapsulated because mold was growing in the crawlspace and her nativity figures were being damaged in the crawl space as well. We were able to encapsulate her crawlspace with CleanSpace matting and further insulated with rim joist insulation (foam). Her crawl space is now insulated which will keep her nativity scene healthy and keep mold out.
