The owner of this new home wanted their new crawl space properly prepared for the future. We installed our standard crawl space repair system consisting of a SmartSump sump pump hooked up to a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, CleanSpace lining, drainage matting, and EverLast crawl space door. The result is a crawl space that is properly prepared for the future and will surely last a long, long time. 

This crawl space was having trouble with moisture control. We fixed this problem by wrapping the crawl space in our CleanSpace lining, which is able to seal out moisture due to its inorganic composition. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which is built for keeping large spaces completely dry. We also added some rim joist insulation and some vent covers. Moisture won't be a problem any longer for this crawl space.

This crawl space was very damp leading to deterioration and a musty smell. You can see the rusty parts on the metal ducts in the crawl space from moisture exposure, which we wanted to stop. We decided to encapsulate by installing CleanSpace liner all over the walls and floors of the crawl space, as well as wrapping them over the concrete piers. Also important to note, this crawl space was not experiencing any ground water leaks, so waterproofing was deemed unnecessary.
