Crawl Space Moisture Control System Installed in Manchester, Kentucky

This crawl space was having trouble with moisture control. We fixed this problem by wrapping the crawl space in our CleanSpace lining, which is able to seal out moisture due to its inorganic composition. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which is built for keeping large spaces completely dry. We also added some rim joist insulation and some vent covers. Moisture won't be a problem any longer for this crawl space.

Crawl Space Encapsulation Resolves Water Problems in London, KY

A homeowner in London, Kentucky was having problems with water seeping into the crawl space.  At the time, the crawl space just had some plastic laid on the floor to act as a vapor barrier. The CleanSpace liner that we installed, similar to a pool liner, was permanently attached to the floor and floor joists of the crawl space.  This provides a vapor-proof barrier between the ground and home.

Reducing Moisture & Humidity Levels in a Crawlspace in Somerset, Kentucky

This crawl space was very damp leading to deterioration and a musty smell. You can see the rusty parts on the metal ducts in the crawl space from moisture exposure, which we wanted to stop. We decided to encapsulate by installing CleanSpace liner all over the walls and floors of the crawl space, as well as wrapping them over the concrete piers. Not pictured is a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which does a lot of the heavy lifting. Also important to note, this crawl space was not experiencing any ground water leaks, so waterproofing was deemed unnecessary.
