The only reason I gave this a 4 is because I did not like having to go through the multiple extensions. I did appreciate that my phone call was returned in a reasonable amount of time.

Michael Klemecs phoned ahead of time and arrived on time. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and took time to explain the dehumidifier unit to me, how it worked, and when and how to change the filter. I greatly appreciated Mr. Klemecs assistance.
