Craig was awesome. Personable & helpful

We had a mix-up because Nicole thought Bryan did the maintenance when he had to replace the pump last week but we got that resolved. Bryan seems to be the source of many of the issues I have have had with TC Hafford. He's A major reason for my hesitation in recommending your company.

I want to be sure this survey reflects my opinion for Craig. I'd work with him anytime. Terrific ideas, friendly. He's a great rep for your company.

Suggested using a spacer under the pump so it wouldn't run as much. New filter in Sedona dehumidifier
