Job review from Trent in Lewiston, ME 04240 on 03/08/22

When I called asking for a rep to come out to give us a bid on waterproofing our bulkhead, the call rep suggested combining it with annual service on our two sump pumps and dehumidifier. I asked how much was the service and was quoted $139 + parts. Our bill was $219 which included a dehumidifier filter. The service rep told me the service cost was $159 + $30 for additional pump + $30 for dehumidifier. I wouldn't have minded if that was said when I had initially asked but its little off putting after the fact. We still approved the bid for the bulkhead work and look forward to working with TC Hafford.
