She called in the fall when we were away and called again in the Spring when we returned to schedule an annual service call.

Detailed checklist for complete check of system is impressive including small details.

No issues. Said it was ok to close our house for the winter and not worry about the sump pump.

Warning about the backup battery needing replacement in a couple years.

Very clean including the sump and well.
