Everything was perfect except for initial installation crew never showing up at my home. The foreman should have contacted the office when they ran into trouble at the job before mine instead of going past arrival window for hours resulting in my having to call the office and find out what was going on. Should be trained better so the customer can be notified if a reschedule is required due to unforeseen problems rather than having the customer sitting for hours and hours waiting without a phone call to tell them what's going on

Not their fault as they were not able to reach installation crew foreman when needed. It's understandable installation crew can not always pick up phone immediately when called by their office, but they should have given call representative better communication of the situation. Call rep properly reported situation to superior so appointment could get rescheduled

2nd crew that was sent arrived on time and did a good job, were pleasant and professional and answered all my questions
