The whole process was expertly handled, with the exception of one mistake - we were scheduled for 8:30-10:00 arrival on Wednesday and when nobody had arrived by noon, we had to call to find out it had been rescheduled for Friday.

Loved it that you sent a book and also a photo of the rep who would come! The salesperson was clearly extremely experienced and qualified
