4.2 out of 5We were to have our sump installed Friday 5/5, but the installation team left at 140 pm without completing the job ..when asked when they would be back to complete the job they told us they themselves wouldn’t be back but someone else would..I called the office on 5/8 Monday to inquire about the completion process and was told the scheduler was not in ..I also explained the sump had been going off continuously for 72 hours non stop with a loud flushing sound..My neighbor asked what all the continuous noise was..I had spoken to Mike at your office and he said it could be a continuous sound for 4 days.,but it was continuous for 6 days.I received a call from Samantha ( who was extremely kind and helpful ) and explained to us there would be a team here Wednesday morning 5/10 to complete the job..no one came that Wednesday. After speaking with Samantha again she informed us the installers would be here Thursday morning 5/11,which they were..Nobody could tell me why the job was left on Friday 5/5 not completed and why it wasn’t completed until 5/11.. We would have liked an refresher explanation of the system before they left..Our salesman, John Wright , was fabulous in explaining the system ..This was back in January .
