I've had several friends/family come to check out the basement. Their first reaction has been WOW! TC Hafford was professional, efficient and installed a high quality system. The transformation in the basement is like night and day. They delivered on their promise and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Everyone I spoke to was very personable and helpful.

He was amazing. Really took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through the information. I would highly recommend him!

My only complaint is that before they left, no one spoke to me to tell me what was going to happen next. I didn't know if we could walk on the concrete or when they would be back, etc. I had to call the office to find all of that out.

There were some splatter marks on the brightwall space and the my new furnace. Not a big deal. I scrubbed it down, but just thought I'd mention.
