Technician showed up while power was just coming back and we were going to reschedule but I mentioned that the battery back up didn't work while the power was out so he looked at the system and found that the pump motor was gone. He was able to replace it just in time. The water level was about 3 inches from flooding. Very good call and service on his part. Thank you.
