SmartJack Install in UpperCo, MD
Two steel beams were running East to West in the crawlspace, one was a full beam, the other had a joint with no support. Customer had another company come out and install a temp support but he needed something more permanent. We came out and installed a SmartJack which provides solid support for sagging floors and undersized beams. Smart Jacks are galvanized for corrosion resistance and can hold up to 60,000 pounds

Structural Support In Catonsville, MD
We were reached out to by the buyers of this of this property, while going through home inspections, one of the inspectors had pointed out that the pillars were not stable enough to support the house and they would need to be assessed as soon as possible. We came out to the property to find the current support system made up of cinder blocks and 2 x 6s and we knew immediately our Smart Jack System was needed for this crawlspace. We came out and installed 1 Supplemental Steel Beam with 2 Smart Jacks. SmartJack is a high- capacity adjustable steel pier that is designed to stop settling and can even raise your floor back to where it was.

Bowing Wall in Glen Arm MD
Customer reached out to us with concerns of the top poriton of their foundation wall was bowing inward about 2 to 3 inches and feared after time this would only get worse. Our solution for this bowing foundation wall was to install 5 Full Wall Channel Anchors which will permanetley stabilize the foundation wall and in time, can straighten the wall back towards its original position.
