On the interior walls, we lined them up with our CleanSpace wall vapor to prevent any outside moisture from seeping in. This will lower the humidity and decrease the chances of mold growth! On the right, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump to discharge all of the water being collected by the WaterGuard interior drainage system, which is under all of the fresh concrete you see in this photo!
We placed TrenchDrains to go around this water heater, this help prevent surface water build up around this crucial basement appliance.
This was the sump pump system that was out dated and no longer working. We covered it in concrete to properly seal it away.
The customer was extremely pleased with the installation of the sump pump system. Shown here is after the liner was installed.
To protect this basement from water vapor intrusion, we covered the interior walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier! This lowers the risk of mold growth and musty odors. Near it, our TripleSafe sump pump is there to discharge any collected water seepage far and out of this foundation.
Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed at the lowest point in the basement, giving this homeowner a way to discharge water!
This cheap vapor barrier failed to keep this crawl space safe and dry. Due to this, the floor support above weakened since the area was so humid.
The final looks at the drainage system installed and set in, ready for any water!
