Here are the wall cracks that were seeping in lots of rain water!
The production crew did a fantastic job at installing the WaterGuard interior drainage system. This non-clogging drainage system sits inside the whole perimeter, collecting and channeling water to the sump pump.
Our SilverGlo insulation provides a radiant barrier that reflects heat back into the crawlspace!
Our CleanSpace lines the wall and tucks into the WaterGuard to keep any seepage out of the space. We highly recommend CleanSpace if the homeowner has plans to finish the basement.
After the sump pump pit was dug and the liner placed, it was back-filled with crushed stone to help filter incoming water.
Our TrenchDrain collects unwanted water entering from the outside of a doorway.
Clear signs of unwanted debris that was absorbing moisture.
On the right of the photo, there you will see our TripleSafe sump pump system. This will provide plenty of pumping power to keep this basement floor dry. Under the fresh concrete is our WaterGuard interior drainage system. Without a proper drainage system, the sump pump might not discharge all of the water seeping in. That's why these two products working together is the best of both worlds.
