The insulation is sprayed onto the rim joists to protect the basement from the outside cold or heat.
This basement was in need of a drainage system, along with a sump pump, so these two products work perfectly together to collect and discharge water!
This sump pump will do a great job discharging water during heavy rainfalls and power outages due to the built-in backup battery!

Our SmartSump is made for crawl spaces and will remove any water that gets into the space above or below the vapor barrier.
Our WaterGuard goes along the wall to collect any water seepage before it can get into the basement. The water is then brought to the sump pump for removal.
We are able to create a clean space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier!
With the new system in place, this basement is ready for the next rainstorm. The sump pump, drainage system, and vapor barrier will keep this room nice and dry!
