Here is a photo of this musty crawl space before we came to the rescue!
This foundation crack was a result of settlement due to the conditions of the soil outside of this home.
After making a sump pit, we placed the plastic liner in for the SuperSump.
Installed along the perimeter to capture water entering through the ground
This old support post was sitting on just a rock, which isn't the most reliable way to do this.
This crawl space was so musty from all of the outside moisture seeping in through the walls and cold ground, so we provided a full encapsulation of our CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent any of the seepage from happening. In addition, we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to fight of any humidity to help lower the chances of mold growth.
Here was the old sump pit that was inconsistent about pumping water out. resulting in the floor being covered in water several times.
In the basement, there was water leaking in from the floor of the foundation. Our WaterGuard intercepts any water getting in the basement and drains it to the TripleSafe.
