We covered the interior walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to protect this area from moisture. This will also help direct the water seepage down into our WaterGuard system installed into the floor.
For this basement, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump to pump all of the collected water seepage out.
Here you will see evidence of moisture and staining on the foundation
On the left, you see our TripleSafe sump pump ready to discharge any unwanted water seepage!
Our WaterGuard interior drainage system gets covered in fresh concrete, as a layer of white CleanSpace vapor barrier helps guide the wall seepage down into the system.
Here is the entrance of the crawlspace.
These cracks were an indicator that this home was experiencing settling.
Our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier is able to go behind and around pipes.
