To ensure this crawl space stays safe from humidity, we covered the floor with our CleanSpace to prevent moisture seepage.
This was the sump pump system that was out dated and no longer working. We covered it in concrete to properly seal it away.
Here is what the basement looked like prior, water on the floor everywhere, just not a sight any homeowner wants to see!
With the help our our crew, we were able to place CleanSpace wall vapor barrier on the interior walls to keep the area safe from the outside moisture. Moisture from the outside can cause musty odors or mold growth, so this was our best product to help prevent that!
Our TripleSafe sump pump is designed with 3 pumps to help each other out if more pumping power is needed. That is why our system is more reliable for many wet basements.
Before we poured concrete over the sump pit, we made sure to fill it with clean stone so that the water drains properly.
This sump pump will do a great job discharging water during heavy rainfalls and power outages due to the built-in backup battery!
Here you can see 3 of our amazing products! The WaterGuard interior drainage system collects water seepage, the TripleSafe sump pump discharges the water and the CleanSpace wall vapor barrier keeps moisture out!
