This was the sump pump system that was out dated and no longer working. We covered it in concrete to properly seal it away.
This basement did not have a way to discharge water, so we provided a reliable way to do so, the TripleSafe sump pump!
With the help our our crew, we were able to place CleanSpace wall vapor barrier on the interior walls to keep the area safe from the outside moisture. Moisture from the outside can cause musty odors or mold growth, so this was our best product to help prevent that!
A reliable waterproofing calls for a TripleSafe sump pump to pump the water out, along with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to protect the foundation from outside. moisture. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help fight off excess moisture in the air, ensuring the air is healthy and dry.
We installed both our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate the moisture and a TripleSafe sump pump to discharge water being collected.
The moisture was coming from this cold dirt floor. The best solution is to properly seal the floor to ensure no moisture can seep on through.
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier does a wonderful job keeping moisture out of the crawlspace.
This TripleSafe sump pump is our mighty 3-pump system that discharges the water out of the foundation.
