This foundation crack was a result of settlement due to the conditions of the soil outside of this home.
On the interior walls, we lined them up with our CleanSpace wall vapor to prevent any outside moisture from seeping in. This will lower the humidity and decrease the chances of mold growth! On the right, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump to discharge all of the water being collected by the WaterGuard interior drainage system, which is under all of the fresh concrete you see in this photo!
In This corner, our TripleSafe sump pump is connected to the WaterGuard interior drainage system that runs all along the inside perimeter, collecting water seepage and directing it towards here. The white portion is our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which was strategically placed to help direct the water seeping through the wall to fall right into our WaterGuard system.
On the left, you see our TripleSafe sump pump ready to discharge any unwanted water seepage!
Our SilverGlo insulation provides a radiant barrier that reflects heat back into the crawlspace!
Our WaterGuard interior drainage system gets covered in fresh concrete, as a layer of white CleanSpace vapor barrier helps guide the wall seepage down into the system.
Clear signs of unwanted debris that was absorbing moisture.
We installed a TripleSafe sump pump to push the water out of the basement.
