This is what the entrance looked like before we came to service it!
Here is a photo of this musty crawl space before we came to the rescue!
Our WaterGuard sits right below the floor at the seam of the basement to collect any seeping water from the weakest point of the foundation.
This is our WaterGuard interior drainage system that perfectly sits inside the perimeter collecting the wall seepage. Once that wall seepage is collected, it gets channeled to the TripleSafe sump pump to be pumped out!
This corner of this basement was always the most wet from the rain water, so installing our TripleSafe sump pump here was the best solution to keep this area dry!
Our TripleSafe sump pump, seen on the right was installed to provide a better pumping system for this wet basement! It's the most reliable sump pump on the market because it comes with 3 pumps, one of them providing a backup option when this homeowner loses power to ensure this basement stays dry during the scary rain storms!
This crawl space was so musty from all of the outside moisture seeping in through the walls and cold ground, so we provided a full encapsulation of our CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent any of the seepage from happening. In addition, we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to fight of any humidity to help lower the chances of mold growth.
For this basement, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump to pump all of the collected water seepage out.
