We covered the interior walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to protect this area from moisture. This will also help direct the water seepage down into our WaterGuard system installed into the floor.
Here you can see the long entrance of this crawlspace. Notice how every part of the wall is covered!
Here are the wall cracks that were seeping in lots of rain water!
The production crew did a fantastic job at installing the WaterGuard interior drainage system. This non-clogging drainage system sits inside the whole perimeter, collecting and channeling water to the sump pump.
We placed TrenchDrains to go around this water heater, this help prevent surface water build up around this crucial basement appliance.
