Often times we protect the waterGuard from potential oil spills by enclosing the drain in CleanSpace so it won't clog the drainage system or pump
This cheap vapor barrier failed to keep this crawl space safe and dry. Due to this, the floor support above weakened since the area was so humid.
In this corner, our inspector chose to install our TripleSafe here because it's the lowest part in the floor.
