The whole process from start to finish was easy and everyone was very helpful. All members of Dry Zone answered our questions and explained everything to us.

Len was fantastic. He would always respond quickly to phone calls or emails.

Our Installation Crew

Both the installation and finishing crews worked efficiently and cleaned up materials. The first crew that came out was really great and I'd give them a 5. The finishing crew didn't seem as friendly as the installation crew. They did a great job with the finishing work, so it just be they came to do the job and left. On the first day though I went downstairs when they left there was a half eaten apple on our hardwood stairs to basement and that grossed me out.

The Cleanup Process

What made you choose our company:

We connected multiple companies who all came out to the house. Dry Zone was heads and shoulders above the other companies. Len was knowledgeable and honest. The products are high quality and quite frankly we'd rather do things right the first time and spend the extra money to get it done right.
