Any time I have had a Leader Basement rep come to my house, I have always been pleased with the professionalism and knowledge.

Leader's office staff is extremely courteous and make any accommodations possible to fit appointments to my schedule.

This is the second time David has done work on the unit. The first was the annual maintenance. Each time he has taken the time to explain the work he is doing. He does a very thorough job and makes sure to clean up any water that may get on the floor. I have always been pleased with his efficiency and knowledge of the system.

Leader Basement takes pride in their products and service. This is evident in the training investment they make to ensure their employees are exceptional. David understands the system and was able to easily determine what was going on.

David replaced the unit's hose quickly and everything up and running in good order.

David picked up all his tools and wiped up the small amount of water that had leaked out of the hose. He made sure the unit was operating properly and put it back in the exact location it was in when he arrived.
