The service call was good. I know it's the service technicians job to recommend products, but see my comment below.

Our Service Person's Diagnosis

I entered a 3 for diagnosis. Our house is 68 years old. We had an old sump pump, but needed an update with the volume of water to be pumped out. In those 69 years, no one ever recommended a dehumidifier, until now. I know it's Nick's job to recommend one, but the beams that hold the floor have been in that condition since 1947, with no mold.
