The technicians were great. They assessed the issue, communicated it to me in detail including future parts/service that would potentially be required. Fortunately they fixed the problem without additional service or parts being required.

I forget her name (sorry!) but she was excellent. She worked especially hard to get our service scheduled as soon as possible.
