Answered all my questions. Explained work to be done and options. Delivered as promised! It has not rained yet, so I don't know how effective it will be but It looks great.

Sales Process

Personable and able to answer questions or get the owner to assist faster than other companies. Solutions/answers were logical. Not the usual BS

Our Installation Crew

Called ahead. Showed up on time. Got right to work. I could hear them talking and joking around while they worked. Very professional. Finished faster than I anticipated. Gave me a good review of the system. Did not leave a mess.

The Cleanup Process

Left the basement cleaner than they found it. Also they did a great job putting the sidewalk and the turf back outside.

What made you choose our company:

I had 3 companies come out and give me estimates and plans. Leader was by far the best. Other companies did not answer my questions about how their system would work with my radon mitagation system to my satisfaction. Mike was not certian, so he got the owner, Craig on the phone. Craigs offered a solution that did not appear to defy the laws of physics!
