Felt just a bit rushed answering questions but nothing drastic. He originally had the date 2 1/2 weeks out but he did move it to within one week since I needed to make a decision sooner than later.

Sales Process

Very knowledgable, thorough and professional. Just one thing in that he was there almost two hours which was fine but I had to get my son to an appointment which I warned him about 15 minutes before I had to go but it took 30 for him to finish, even though he kept saying he knew I had to go but he kept talking. Sales presentation was thorough and sales pitch was acceptable in that he presented other options and the benefits but I did not feel pressured. One final thing, one of the last things he said when we were saying goodbye and I told him I'd be in touch if we decided to use him, he said "it's not IF, it's WHEN you use us" which I understand he was trying to push his company but it felt a little awkward and his good presentation spoke for itself and he didn't really need to say that since he seemed confident to begin with. Both of these things didn't affect my decision, but it might affect somebody else's. So those were the only two things I'd have him change if he had to do it all over again. I would still recommend him and your company.

What made you choose our company:

The book you mailed was very helpful, salesperson was thorough and knowledgeable, but what sealed it was the 10% off coupon from Angie's List. Ended up being the lowest price with coupon, would not have been without so I'm not sure what I would have done. So factoring in the book, the presentation, and the coupon you came out on top. I am happy so far but it's only been 2 days so can't rate the performance yet but I certainly hope there's no water any time soon! Thank you.
