Waterproofing my basement took about 2 1/2 days to finish my basement. The demo guys was courteous, respectable, and after they clean up very well! I had a little problem after the job was finished. A supervisor name Steve answered my phone call, he came out right away, Fixing the problem! I have to say it was the same thing with the supervisor, he was understanding he assured me that everything is going to be fixed, and by the end of the day it was done. I had lost so much money before with my last experience with another company. So I took a long time to find this company, I want to say thank you to all the team that work with me. And I'm very grateful!

What made you choose our company:

I chose this company because of the sales representative Dan. He showed me what needed to be done, and gave me my estimate. He did not push the company on me to get the job. Instead he was straight to the point, and direct! Any question I had he answered, he was respectable, and understanding. I had some minor questions, I emailed him, and he answered me right away. I was nervous, because of a previous experience, with another Company. I'm really thankful that I chose Dry Zone Waterproofing!
