Steve, Jeremy, Kyle and Nick were at the house all day and completed a job they thought may need 2 days. They were professional, addressed my concerns, went above and beyond to relocate some items for me, and covered furniture and electronics that stayed in the room. They explained the work to me upon completion, left instructions for the carpet installers, and cleaned up after themselves. Job well done!

Initially a direct mailing piqued our interest. That was followed up by a good first impression made with a phone call to the office. We finalized our decision feeling well informed after our meeting with Tim.
