4.5 out of 5we'd had a service call 7 months prior for the sump pump, but technician had looked at dehumidifier. Was the issue missed? Not sure.
We scheduled this service, +/- 2 months ago. received confirmation postcard with time window I'd put in my calendar. But there was a "hiccup" in the office stating the service window was an hour later than scheduled.
I was told that the technician would send a copy of the itemized service invoice upon returning to the office. When I had not received that information 2 days later, called and left a message at the office requesting that itemized invoice. Still waiting for that information.
