Happy with the product, installer was friendly but not equipped fully to finish the job. Had to tape the hose to the underside of the stairwell because he did not have any brackets to fully secure it. Also didn’t have any dry wall anchors so the vent is loose. Sloppy tape job around the upper vent as well.
