Our Overall Service

While we are probably left with a leaky basement hatch, Ian did everything he could to ameliorate the problem and gave good advice, trying a small fix before going for something more complex and expensive.

Ian was great! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and gave very good advice.

Ian not only performed all the maintenance tasks expected, but moved the dehumidifier closer to the sump pumps for efficiency and to hopefully keep the area by the hatch direr.
